CONTROL METHOD FOR REFRIGERATOR WITH CHANNEL SWITCHING VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling effect by driving a refrigeration chamber fan for a predetermined time when a decision is made that the refrigeration chamber of a refrigeration chamber evaporator being cooled through an intercooler evaporator is normal and a channel is switched to pass a refrigerant at first through the refrigeration chamber evaporator thereby feeding residual chill in the evaporator to the refrigeration chamber. SOLUTION: A control section 100 makes a decision whether the temperature of a refrigeration chamber detected by a refrigeration chamber temperature sensor 92 is kept below a refrigeration chamber set temperature and a normal state has reached or not. When the refrigeration chamber reaches a normal state, the control section switches a channel switching valve 30 from ON to OFF and diverts the refrigeration flow to a refrigeration chamber evaporator through a second refrigerant channel. When the normal state has not yet been reached, the control section controls operation of a refrigeration chamber fan 62 based on the refrigeration chamber temperature through the sensor 92. When the refrigeration flow is diverted to the refrigeration chamber evaporator, the control section drives a refrigeration chamber fan 52 through an output port op1 and delivers a high signal through an output port op2. The refrigeration chamber fan 62 supplies residual cooling power of a cooler into the refrigeration chamber.
