SOLUTION: This resin compsn. is prepared by compounding a compd. selected from a polyalkylene glycol derivative and an alkylaryl metal sulfonate, and 0.5-5 wt.% polyisocyanate having >=2.0 equivalent/mol isocyanate group to a polylactic acid having mol ratio of L form to D form of 95/5-60/40 or 40/60-5/95, and its melt viscosity by melt index(MI) is not higher than 5 and surface resistance as an expanded molding is not higher than 1011 Ω.
