Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition with high bioavailability in a small intestine, and further to provide a method for examining and using the composition. SOLUTION: This composition contains a basic medicine, a medicine forming a zwitter ion or a salt of either thereof, mixed with a polymer selected from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate succinate(HPMCAS), cellulose acetate trimellitate(CAT), cellulose acetate phthalate(CAP), hydroxypropylcellulose acetate phthalate(HPCAP), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate phthalate(HPMCAP) and methylcellulose acetate phthalate(MCAP). The composition comprises the basic medicine, the twitter ion or a salt thereof, and one or more kinds of the polymer. The method for improving bioavailability of the basic or twitter-ionic medicine comprises simultaneous administration of the salt and one or more kinds of the polymer.
