Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the excellent quantitative carrying property by providing a mechanism for fluidizing the powder and grain fallen from an upper part of a storage tank and a compact fluid carrying-out chamber provided with a nozzle for carrying the fluidized powder and grain out at a lower part of the storage tank, and by providing agitating blades over the inlet port of the compact fluid carrying-out chamber. SOLUTION: Crushed waste plastic is thrown from a waste plastic throw-in nozzle 9, and after concluding the receiving, a powder and grain storage tank 1 is closed by a receiving cutoff valve 10. After closing a discharge air cutoff valve 11, a pressurized gas cutoff valve 12 and a fluidized gas cutoff valve 13 are opened so as to raise the inner pressure of the powder and grain storage tank 1 to the predetermined pressure with a pressure adjusting valve 14, and the pressure is thereby constantly adjusted. At this stage, flow from the gas flow adjusting valve 15 is controlled at a constant value. Thereafter, an ejector gas cutoff valve 16, a carried gas cutoff valve 17 and a picking valve 18 are opened, and agitating blades 3 are rotated by an electric motor 19 so as to quantitatively discharge the crushed waste plastic. |
