Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce food having no bitter taste and sufficiently containing mineral components dissolved in sea water without removing a bitter component (magnesium chloride) from a salt production process by heating the sea water to temperature within the specified range to deposit the salt. SOLUTION: After steam of a boiler 6 is caused to flow into a disc 4 from the inside of a rotating shaft 3 through a piping system 7 to heat the disc 4 to 120 to 190 deg.C, it is caused to flow out to a drain piping system 10. A feed pump 24 is driven to feed raw material liquid 100 which is sea water to a circulating tank 23 through pipelines 28, 29. Further, after a circulating pump 25 is driven to feed the raw material liquid 100 to a header 32 through a piping 31, it is circulated to the circulating tank 23 through a piping 33. After the raw material liquid 100 is fed to a feed pipe 16 through a piping 34, it is sprayed onto the surface of the disc 4 to subject it to deposition and solidification. After that, the solidified body is scraped off by a scraper 14 to feed it into a hopper 44 and is packed by a packer 45. |
