PRESSURE ROLL TYPE RAW MATERIAL REFORMING AND KNEADING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure roll type raw material reforming and kneading device enable to uniformly pressurize a raw material on the whole surface of a pressure roll in the width direction without generating uneven wear of the pressure roll. SOLUTION: A pair of the rotated pressure rolls 4, 4A and an outside praw 6 and an inside praw 6A for scraping the raw material are provided in a kneading vessel and leveling praw 8, 8A for evenly scraping are arranged at a position between the pair of the pressure rolls 4, 4A and the outside praw 6 and the inside praw 6A to rise from the bottom plate 1A of a kneading vessel 1 in some degree.
