SOLUTION: This damper for a stepping motor is provided with a driving side damper roll hub 6 fixed to a rotary shaft 5 of the stepping motor to be integrally rotated, a disk-like inertial disk 8, a center axis thereof being identical to that of the driving side damper roll hub 6, a follower side damper roll hub 10 fixed to the rotary shaft 9 of a load side to be integrally rotated, a first elastic member 12 adhered by vulcanization between the driving side damper roll hub 6 and the inertial disk 8, and a second elastic member 13 adhered by vulcanization between the inertial disk 8 and the follower side damper roll hub 10.
