Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely easily detachably attaching a history damping member to a concrete building frame structure, an attaching structure and a vibration control concrete building frame structure. SOLUTION: The upper flange 3 of a history damping member 5 provided with the upper flange 3 and a lower flange 4 on the upper end and the lower end of a face plate 17 respectively is arranged on the lower part of an upper story side concrete made large beam 9 through a precast concrete made hanging wall 7, fixed integrally by an unboned PC steeel rod inserted in the vertical holes 1, 6, 13 and nuts 28. The lower flange 4 is arranged on the upper part of a lower story side concrete made large beam or concrete foundation through a precast concrete made spandrel wall 12, and detachably integrally fixed by the unboned PC steel rod 10 inserted in the vertical holes 12, 11 and the vertical hole 13 of the concrete made foundation or the large beam and the nuts 28.
