Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for external use for skin which has an excellent moisturizing property and exerts excellent preventive and preventive effect on dried skin. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by mixing a preparation for external use for skin, e.g. a cosmetic or the like, with one or more kinds selected from mucopolysaccharides bearing sulfate groups and one or more kinds selected from trehaloses and its derivatives. By this preparation, the effect of improving and preventing rough skins or dried skins can be enhanced.
