Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent particularly the excessive inside rotating or outside rotating motion of a heel to assist the prevention of the early fatigue or damage to a person wearing shoes by providing, on a stabilizing element for controlling the rotation about the longitudinal axis of the toe to the heel of a shoe, a bottom element extending from the heel to the toe. SOLUTION: For example, the stabilizing element of a right shoe 1 is formed of a laterally long sole element 10 having a rear part 12 and a front part 13. The sole element 10 extends from the heel part 2 of the shoe 1 to the toe part 3. The drawing shows the front part 13 designed so as to effectively support the first and/or second metatarsus of the foot of a wearing person put on the stabilizing element further having a sole layer and arranged on the shoe. In a more preferable example, the stabilizing element also supports the first and/or second toe joint. The sole element 10 preferably has an area 11 having a small lateral width allowing the twisting of the front part 13 of the sole element 13 to the rear part 12, and the resistance to the twisting of the sole element 10 of the area 11 enhances the rotating flexibility of the shoe.
