Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte film excellent in heat resistance and durability, while preventing oxidization caused by heat, and also provide a fuel cell excellent in durability. SOLUTION: In this fuel cell, separators sandwich a junction body of a solid polymer electrolyte film and electrodes, wherein the electrodes sandwich the solid polymer electrolyte film. The solid polymer electrolyte film comprises a hydrocarbon-based side chain including a sulfonic acid group and a main chain made of a copolymer of a fluorine carbide-based vinyl monomer and a hydrocarbon-based vinyl monomer, while the hydrocarbon-based side chain contains at least one of an amine-based antioxidant and a phenol-based antioxidant.
