Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation that toner excessively adheres to a photoreceptor and a transfer paper becomes black, to prevent a paper from winding to a fixing roller, and to eliminate wasteful toner consumption when high voltage power source output for electrifying the photoreceptor is lowered with respect to an electrophotographic system image recorder. SOLUTION: A high voltage power source unit 18 including an electrifying power source for electrifying a photoreceptor drum and a developing power source for development is controlled by an image forming control circuit 12, and the output condition of the electrifying power source is monitored by a CPU 13 in electrophotographic process. When the output of the electrifying power source is lowered or used up, the output of the developing power source is interrupted or reduced.
