SOLUTION: The carrier for an electrostatic latent image developer has a core material having a sphericity of =3 represented by the equation (surface roughness)=SBET/S' (where SBET is the BET specific surface area of particles and S' is specific surface area equivalent to spheres) and a coating resin layer containing 25-45 vol.% electrically conductive powder including 20-100 vol. % acicular electrically conductive powder and having 1×10-1×108 Ω.cm electric resistance. |
