Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high definition display to be obtained by forming an org. insulating film between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer and electrically connecting the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer in a nonpixel region. SOLUTION: A first transparent conductive film is formed at a specified temp. on the surface of a first substrate 52 and patterned to form a first electrode layer 56, and further an org. insulating film is formed on the first electrode layer 56. Then a second transparent conductive film which covers the org. insulating film 76 is patterned to form a second electrode layer 58 which is connected with the first electrode layer 56 in a nonpixel region. The first electrode layer 56 consists of a transparent conductive film having lower resistivity than that of the second electrode layer 58. In plural pixel regions 70 for display, the org. insulating film 76 is formed between the first electrode layer 56 and the second electrode layer 58. In a nonpixel region between pixel regions, the first electrode layer 56 and the second electrode layer 58 are electrically connected. |
