Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an increase in interference for fitting between an inner race made out of ceramics and a metallic shaft at the time of high temperature. SOLUTION: In this bearing device wherein an anti-friction bearing at least the inner race of which is formed out of ceramics, is engaged with a metallic shaft so as to be fixed thereto, the shaft 4 is formed into a hollow one, and plural slots penetrated through in the radial direction, are formed over the circumference of the shaft at a place coupled with the inner race 2 of the hollow shaft, so that the inner circumferential surface 2a of the inner race is positioned over the slots.
