Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the body panel of a vehicle free from resonance even though a duct made from side walls made of porous material is employed. SOLUTION: Air reaches an air cleaner 3 through a first duct 2, cleaned by the air cleaner 3 and then is introduced and supplied to an internal combustion engine through a second duct 4. The side wall of the firsts duct 2 is made of porous material to intake air through the side wall. Since the air vibrated due to columnar resonance comes in and out through the side wall, sound waves are emitted from the side wall of the first duct 2. Since an airtight member 6 is adhered to the side wall section of the first duct 2 near the body panel 5 of a vehicle, sound waves can be prevented from being emitted from the side wall section to the body panel 5 of the vehicle.
