Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain functionality and decorative beauty at the surface and to prevent contents from being affected by residual organic solvents by a method wherein confectionery of Japanese or Western style is mounted for filling package on the surface of a base film for a packaging material formed of the base film and a printed pattern layer provided at the surface of the base film and printed by a water-base ink composition. SOLUTION: A packaging material 1 to be used for filling package is formed of a base film 2 and a printed pattern layer 3 printed by a water-base ink composition provided at the surface of the base film. Two sheets of such packaging material 1 are put together in a face-to-face manner with each of the printed pattern layers 3 whereon decorative patterns and the like are printed positioned to face outward, and after that the packaging materials are heat sealed to form sealed parts 8 at the peripheral edges at three sides thereof with an upper part 7 of one of the packaging materials 1 being left unsealed, and thereby a packaging bag F having an opening 9 is produced. Then, foods such as confectionery of Japanese or Western style are put for filling through the upper opening 9 of the packaging bag F while being in contact with the surfaces whereon printed patterns are not existent, and the upper part 7 are folded down onto and heat selade to the opening 9.
