Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a metal pour nozzle un-opening of a container, into which a metal can be stably poured under a given throughput, by composing at least a portion of a passage closing filler, which contracts with a molten steel, of an iron or an iron alloy granular matter. SOLUTION: A passage r2 of a bottom nozzle 2b and a passage r1 of an upper nozzle 2a are disagreed, and a metal pouring nozzle 1 is in a closed condition. When a molten steel is supplied into a ladle L, an iron granular matter 4 starts to be fused from a portion contacting with the molten metal, and seals over a filler 3 arranged in the passage r1 with the iron granular matter 4 being fused at some extent and solidified. Under this condition, since the filler 3 composed of a sand-like oxide is not sintered, such a bridge that cannot be destroyed by a molten steel static pressure is not formed. In order to supply the molten steel to a tundish, a sliding plate S2 is made to be slid together with the bottom nozzle 2b so that the passage r1 and the passage r2 are made to be agreed. The filler 3 in the passage r1 drops and discharges the iron granular matter 4 being destroyed by the molten steel static pressure. Thereby, un-opening of the nozzle does not take place. |
