In this case, the supply devices of the raw solns. have supply pipings 16, 18 for a large flow rate and supply pipings 15, 17 for a minute flow rate and the large flow rate supply pipings 15, 17 are equipped with liquid feed pumps 5, 7 and control valves 11, 13 and the minute flow rate pipings 16, 18 are equipped with metering pumps 6, 8 and control valves 12, 14.
