Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize fluctuation of a discharge pressure value in a liquid pressurizing device. SOLUTION: A reciprocating pump 1 is operated for pressurizing and discharging suctioned liquid by reciprocating motion of a plunger. A pressure gauge means 23 measures an actual discharged pressure of high pressure liquid. The high pressure liquid is injected from a nozzle 21. A pressure control means 25 converges the actual discharge pressure values measured by the pressure gauge means 23 to a target value by adjusting reciprocating speed of the plunger. A sensing means 20 senses injection and injection suspension of the high pressure liquid from the nozzle 21. With such a setup, the pressure control means 25 is operated for stopping motion of the plunger in the vicinity of the pressure set value when the sensing means 20 senses the injection suspension, and moving the plunger with appropriate speed when the sensing means 20 senses injection again. |
