Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lubricating method and system, and a connection member for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The cylinder 1 of an internal combustion engine is lubricated by at least one lubricating unit 10 for supplying lubricating oil to at least one lubricating place of a cylinder. An electronic control unit 17 actuates the unit 10 based on a measured value of variable cylinder pressure of the cylinder during one or more engine cycles in the present action mode of the engine.
