Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glass paste composition improved in viscosity stability with time by designing its moisture content to be within a specified range. SOLUTION: This glass paste composition essentially comprises 60-90 wt.% of glass frit, an organic solvent (e.g. α-terpineol), and pref. 0.1-10 wt.% of an organic resin having binder function (e.g. ethyl cellulose, an acrylic resin), being designed to be 0.15-0.60 wt.% in moisture content; wherein the organic resin is used in the form of an solution at a concentration of 1-30 wt.% by dissolving itself in the organic solvent; this glass paste composition can be prepared by thoroughly mixing the above components together; however, because the moisture content of this composition varies depending on the atmosphere in its production (in particular, humidity), it is recommended that this composition be produced in an atmosphere similar to the general atmospheric conditions under which this composition is preserved.
