Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant quantity feeding device capable of feeding a constant quantity of powder and grain. SOLUTION: This device is constituted such that powder and grain accommodated in a hopper 20 is discharged from a lower end opening of a reverse-cone shape hopper 20 having a bottom portion 24. A screw shaft 30 in which a thread groove is formed on an outer periphery is rotatably inserted into the lower end opening of the hopper 20. The powder and grain in the hopper 20 is downwardly discharged by rotating the screw shaft 30 and a discharge quantity of the powder and grain is adjusted by controlling the revolution number of the screw shaft 30.
