PRESSING DEVICE OF FOOD SETTING CARDBOARD CONTAINER USING CAST ELECTRIC HEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a cardboard container with an overturned edge by a method wherein a first and a second relatively movable dies are provided and cast heaters are installed in respective recesses of the dies, in a pressing device which manufactures the food setting cardboard container out of a green cardboard so as to have an overturned edge with a fold. SOLUTION: A die set includes an upper side die 25 and a lower side die 26 for pressing dish as a food setting cardboard container out of a flat and circular green cardboard 27. The respective dies 25 and 26 have base parts 29 and 36 and central disc platforms 30 and 37 flexible to the base parts 29 and 36. In recessed parts respectively formed on the under surface of the upper side die 25 and the top surface of the lower side die 26, pairs of an outside annular heater 60 and an inside annular heater 62 are fitted. The respective annular heaters 60 and 62 consist of a U-shaped outer shell part and a dish-like cover for covering the upper covering of the outer shell part so as to partition an interior space in order to form a structure, in the interior space of which a coiled wire (a nickel chrome wire) is arranged through a refractory material.
