Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for lowering the temperature near the wall of a gas-phase polymerization reaction apparatus by using water in the outside of the reaction apparatus. SOLUTION: A film of falling water is applied to the outer circumference of a fluidized-bed type olefin polymerization reaction apparatus to cool the wall and lower the temperature near the inner face of the wall of the fluidized bed. Cooling is effective to suppress static electricity in the reaction apparatus. That is, on the other hand, the adjustment of the relation of the reaction apparatus temperature and the dew point of a circulated gas is made easy to solve a sheeting trouble and to heighten the productivity. The process can be carried out while utilizing at least a part of a compressed circulated gas in cooperation with a cooling and compressing system for a gas injected near the inner wall face. |
