Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the physical characteristics of a polymer from being deteriorated by distributing an insoluble semi-crystalline polymer in a thick film group of the polymer. SOLUTION: A resistor composition is composed of coupling agent resin of approximately 3-75 weight %, a semi-crystalline polymer of approximately 2-70 weight % which can be temperature-activated, a fine grain conductive material of approximately 10-80 weight %, and a solvent of approximately 0.01-80 weight %. The semi-crystalline polymer is a thermoplastic elastomer which is smelted within relatively narrow temperature ranges, and is changed into amorphous condition from crystalline condition, and it is distributed in a polymer thick film system. The conductive materials with fine grains are selected from a group including silver, graphite, graphite/carbon, nickel, copper, silver-coated copper, and aluminum. As a result, a resistor composition having a positive temperature coefficient can be formed without deteriorating the physical characteristics of the polymer. |
