Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect a new target velocity and to apply it as a new target value to be controlled by making invalid a control process up to the moment when changing velocity, and storing the momentary velocity at the point of time as the new target velocity after the end of velocity change. SOLUTION: The end of a deceleration process is identified and a time point tO is specified (S20). When the deceleration process is finished, a current acceleration absolute value \|aakt\|is obtained (S21). afterwards, the current acceleration absolute value \|aakt\| is compared with a predetermined reference acceleration absolute value \|aref\| (S22).
