Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the blowing efficiency by forming a plurality of radially arranged guide vanes on the shroud provided so as to cover the blowing direc tion front surface of an axial fan, and forming each guide vane in a chord shape so that the front edge line is substantially orthogonal to the transverse speed vector of the blowing air. SOLUTION: This axial fan shroud assembly is formed of an axial fan 10 having a number of blades integrally provided around an annular strip-like fan hub and a shroud 30. The shroud 30 is formed of a number of guide vanes 35 radially arranged on the circumference of a motor supporting ring 32 and a rectangular housing 31 surrounding the circumference of the guide vanes 35. Each guide vane 35 is curvedly formed into a chord shape of a prescribed width having an air flow guide surface extended from the front edge to the downstream side and also in the state slightly inclined to the axial direction. According to this, the air blown by the axial fan 10 is smoothly bent and run to improve the axial air blowing efficiency. |
