MANUFACTURE OF RESIN-COATED SEGMENT AND SHIELD TUNNEL FORMED OF A PLURALITY OF RESIN-COATED SEGMENTS MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin-coated segment for shield tunnel simple in manufacture and high in water-tightness, service life, and strength, and a shield tunnel formed of resin-coated segments. SOLUTION: A form work is prepared for manufacturing a resin-coated segment formed of a bottom part form work 21 having at least one curved surface, side part form works 22 and 23 movable along the bottom part form work 21, and an upper part form work 24 having a concrete filling hole 241. A resin member 25 having at least one curved surface is installed on the inner peripheral surface of the form work. Then, a cure type adhesive agent 26 adherent in water or wet state is applied onto the surface of the resin member 25. A concrete 27 is placed into the form work before the cure type adhesive agent 26 is completely hardened or when it is in a semi-hardened state. After the concrete 27 is hardened, the resin-coated segments are removed.
