SOLUTION: A damper mechanism comprising a U-shaped shape memory alloy body D and a flat plate-like damper member connected thereto is provided on the required part of a support fitting A supporting an eaves back ceiling plate 4 on a building outer wall 11, the damper member C is slid by utilizing the deformation of the shape memory alloy body D due to heat at the time of a fire, and a ventilation opening 12 between the support fitting A and the building outer wall 11 is closed.
