EAVE SOFFIT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ventilate eave soffit space at the boundary between an eave soffit material and an outer wall, and to make the structure of the boundary very simple and excellent in construction properties. SOLUTION: This eave soffit structure has an eave soffit material 1 mounted on the back of the part of a roof provided outward of an outer wall 10. Supporting members 20 arranged with horizontal intervals to one another along the outer wall 10 are joined to the outer wall 10 and the outer wall side edge 2 of the eave soffit material 1. The supporting members 20 joint the eave soffit material 1 to the outer wall and support it. A cover material 30 extending horizontally along the side edge 2 of the eave soffit material 1 covers the lower face and end face of the side edge 2 of the eave soffit material 1 and works as a parting material. The cover material 30 also covers up the joint portion between the eave soffit material 1 and each supporting member 20. Further, the cover material 30 and the outer wall 10 are slightly spaced apart to ventilate eave soffit space.
