Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly install a metallic columnar object such as a column and a mast on a base stand by using engaging parts and holders corresponding to a recess/projection of the columnar object, sandwiching recess/projection parts of a columnar part by engaging parts of two holders, and joining bottom parts of the holders to a base part. SOLUTION: A recess/projection is arranged on both sides of a columnar object 1. A holder is composed of a holder 4a having an engaging part 11 and a bottom part 5 having a recess/projection corresponding to a recess/projection of the columnar object 1 and a holder 4b having an engaging part 12 and a bottom part 6. Both side recess/projection parts of the columnar object 1 are sandwiched by the engaging part 11 of the holder 4a and the engaging part 12 of the holder 4b to be fastened by bolts 7 by being sandwiched from both sides. The bottom part 5 of the holder 4a is joined and fixed to a base stand 10 by bolts 9. Thus, the metallic columnar object such as a pillar, a column and a mast is firmly fixed to the base stand to endure even a large load, and can be easily removed.
