EXTERNAL MEDICINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external medicine capable of keeping excellent pruritus inhibiting action even containing an anti-pruritus agent at a low concentration with slight adverse effect, slight oiliness without stickiness and a light use feeling and usable to whole skin. SOLUTION: This external medicine is obtained by preparing a base agent by including a polyhydric alcohol-based fatty ester, an oil component, a lower alcohol and water, and adding an anti-pruritus agent to the base agent, and further, adding a polyhydric alcohol to the base agent. Furthermore, the anti- pruritus agent is composed of one or more than two kinds of a group selected from capsaicin, nonylic acid vanillylamide and an extract of capsicum and 0.0001-0.10 pt.wt. of the anti-pruritus agent is mixed with 100 pts.wt. of the base agent, and hinokitiol may also be mixed in the external medicine.
