BATHING AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bathing agent composition excellent in a refreshing feeling during or after bathing and capable of uniformly dispersing in bath water without deteriorating the appearance by including a specific amount of a zinc compound of an organic acid. SOLUTION: This bathing agent composition is obtained by including >=0.005 wt.% of a zinc compound of an organic acid. The zinc compound of the organic acid is preferably zinc sulfocarbolate or a zinc hydroxymonocarboxylate (e.g. zinc aldonate). The amount of the composition used at a time when taking a bath is preferably an amount so as to provide 0.01-200 ppm concentration of the zinc compound of the organic acid in the bath water. An acid (e.g. succinic acid or fumaric acid) and preferably a carbonic salt (e.g. sodium carbonate) in an amount of 30-90 wt.% based on the whole composition may further be formulated therein. The amount of the formulated acid and carbonic salt is preferably regulated so as to afford pH 5-7 of the bath water. Inorganic acids, inorganic salts, crud drugs, oils and fats, etc., may be formulated with the composition.
