Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a seat nonflammable by adding a two-liquid flame retardant to a foaming stock solution of urethane foam, injecting it into a die for a foaming process, forming a seat base material with the hardness in a specific range, and fittably providing a nonflammable and/or self-extinguishing cover material to the seat base material. SOLUTION: A two-liquid flame retardant and a urethane foam foaming material are injected into a cavity formed with upper and lower dies and a seal member, and a seat base material 1 of urethane foam with the hardness of about 20-25 kg f/ 200 is formed by foam molding after injection. A hook-and- loop fastener is provided on the seat base material 1 via several nonwoven fabrics, and a nonflammable and/or self-extinguishing cover material 6 is fitted via the hook-and-loop fastener. The seat base material 1 has nonflammability and/or a self-extinguishing property, and it has a prescribed shape and hardness. The whole seat can be formed into a nonflammable structure, and a spring inclusion can be eliminated. |
