Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the movement space of the side panel feeding device for the side of an assembly station by a method wherein a side panel is set to a set jig from above and an external part in a lateral direction, in a device to assemble a carbody by using a weld robot. SOLUTION: A rotary frame 11 rotatable around a rotary axis in a longitudinal direction is provided on a moving bed 10, and a set jig 12 is removably mounted on the rotary frame 11. A weld robot 13 is longitudinal movably mounted on a vehicle. After a side panel W5 is set in a state that the set jig 12 is inverted to an up attitude or an out attitude through rotation of the rotary frame 11, the set jig 12 is inverted to an in attitude and assembled to a floor W1 and floor W2. A cable support frame 14 to support cables for the weld robot 13 is mounted on the rotary frame 11 in a state to protrude to the opposite side of the set jig 12. Entanglement of the cables due to rotation of the rotary frame 11 is prevented from occurring, and the cable support frame 14 is functioned as the balancer of the rotary frame.
