Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the front edge of a sheet in such a manner that the front edge, set free plunging from an impression cylinder, certainly jumps at the comb-like edge of a guide blade. SOLUTION: The front edge of a sheet 13 which is set free plunging from an impression cylinder 4 is lifted up above a comb-like edge 14 to be guided to a guide blade 6. In this case, a negative pressure which draws the front edge of the sheet 13 to the edge 14 is generated within the range of the edge 14 by sucking air within the range of the edge 14 of the guide blade 6 using a negative pressure generating device 12. Thus the front edge of the sheet 13 which is set free plunging from the impression cylinder 4, is drawn to the edge 14 and the sheet 13 can be certainly guided by the guide blade 6.
