SOLUTION: One or more disk sanders 3 having a sander disk 2 grinding/ polishing a work vertical surface 1 are mounted in a frame main unit 4, the frame main unit has a guide 5 guiding the disk sander along the work vertical surface in a condition of making the sander disk abut to the work vertical surface and a hanging bar 7 suspending the frame main unit by a support point 6 biasing the frame main unit toward the work vertical surface by dead weight of the frame main unit including the disk sander to make the sander disk abut to the work vertical surface.
