Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover grain without wastefulness by supplying grain to be sorted to a sorting metal net and subsequently further separating the grain and stone particles remaining on the sorting net. SOLUTION: A grain discharge port 38 is provided to the front end portion of a sorting metal net 5 having a large number of cut and raised tongue pieces provided on the surface thereof and also having a large number of air vent fine holes provided thereto, and a stone gathering portion is provided to the rear portion thereof and a stone particle discharge port is provided to the bottom surface thereof, and a residual rice discharge metal net 6 having a residual rice outlet provided to the front end portion thereof and having a large number of air vent fine holes provided to the surface thereof is provided on one side of the sorting net 5 through a side plate and these nets are inclined so as to become low forwardly and a residual take-out port is provided to the side plate in a freely openable and closable manner. A windmill box 7 having a windmill 29 mounted therein is integrally attached under the sorting net 5 and the residual rice discharge metal net 6 through a wind tunnel portion, and air is sent through the air vent fine holes and air vent holes and the nets 5, 6 are obliquely shaken up and down to separate grain and stone particles and, when the supply of unseparated grain is completed, the air blow of the windmill 9 and the shaking of the sorting metal net 5 and the residual rice discharge metal net 6 are intesified for a short time. |
