Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishhook used in a luring device, designed to favorably exhibit the holding effect of a soft worm and favorably set the balance in the state of being combined with the worm as well. SOLUTION: This fishhook 1 is so designed that, the upper end of a shank 2 is provided with a substantially rectangular bent-up part 7, to which a sinker 9 is attached as a unit so as to be combined integratedly as the head of a soft worm; the soft worm, in turn, is held on barbs 3, 3a provided in the vicinity of the sinker 9 to prevent the soft worm from slipping off, thereby improving the stability of a luring device.
