VIRTUAL MEMORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient management for a virtual memory system to be performed by combining a swap-out by pages with a swap-out by tasks. SOLUTION: A memory area securing means 71 generates and manages a swap management table 30 corresponding to a memory area securing request of a task 100 and secures a memory area for the memory area securing request. A swap-out control means 72 judges whether a batch swap-out should be made by pages or tasks when the swap-out is needed and controls and executes the swap-out (including the setting of information to the swap-out management table 30) according to the judgement. When the batch swap-out by the tasks is done, a swap-out object limiting means 73 performs control so that a 'page which is copied without being updated' is not swapped out according to the swap management table 30.
