END-SECTION FIXTURE FOR CABLE SLEEVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end-section fixture for a cable sleeve, by which a cable sleeve is fixed so as not to be slid when a cable such as an optical-fiber cable is to be inserted into the cable sleeve laid in a sewer, and the damage of the cable sleeve and a supporter for supporting the cable sleeve into the sewer can be prevented. SOLUTION: The end-section fixture 20 for the cable sleeve is used for fixing the end section of the cable sleeve 30 to a manhole 40. The end-section fixture has a holder 22 formed in a cylindrical shape, into which the end section of the cable sleeve is inserted by mutually abutting a pair of half body sections, and a mounting base 21, by which each half body 22c of the holder is supported mutually under the state, in which the half bodies are abutted mutually, and which is installed on the upper side of an opening section 41a in the internal surface of the peripheral wall of the manhole so that the end section of the cable sleeve is inserted into the holder.
