Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spinning oil free from the troubles of yarn breakage, fluffing and heater contamination, effective for improving the operation stability and suitable for the production of false-twisted polyester yarn, or the like, by compounding a specific amount of an antioxidant composed mainly of DL-α- tocopherol to a spinning oil. SOLUTION: A spinning oil containing an aliphatic polyester compound produced by reacting an aliphatic alcohol with an aliphatic carboxylic acid such as dioleyl adipate as a main component is compounded with 0.01-1.0 pt.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the active component of the oil) of an antioxidant composed mainly of DL-α-tocopherol (vitamin E). Preferably, a false-twisted polyester fiber is produced by applying the spinning oil for synthetic fibers to a melt-spun highly oriented undrawn polyester yarn having a birefringence (Δn) of 0.020-0.070 in an amount of 0.2-0.6 pt.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the undrawn yarn and subjecting the yarn to simultaneous drawing and false-twisting treatment. |
