Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface protection film which exhibits a good adhesion in the early stage after being stuck and can be easily peeled off by forming, on a substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a hydrogenated block copolymer and a hydrogenated diene copolymer in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This film is prepared by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising 5-70 wt.% hydrogenated block copolymer and 95-30 wt.% hydrogenated diene copolymer on a substrate made of a thermoplastic resin, The hydrogenated block copolymer is represented by the formula: A-B-C or (A-B-C)nX; and the hydrogenated diene copolymer, by the formula: D-E-F. In the formulas, A is a polymer block containing at least 90 wt.% styrene compound units: B is a hydrogenated polybutadiene block containing 30-70 wt.% 1, 2-vinylbonded units; C is a hydrogenated polybutadiene block containing lower than 30 wt.% 1,2-vinyl-bonded units; n is 2-4; D is a styrene compound polymer block; E is a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer block or the like; and F is a hydrogenated tapered copolymer block of a styrene compound and a conjugated diene.
