Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the stabilization of a harmful substance contained in refuse and preventing the scattering of refuse from a refuse charging port in opening the refuse charging port. SOLUTION: Vent ports 26 are formed at a plurality of the places of the wall portion 16 of a dome-shaped refuse disposal plant 12 so as to provide an interval between the vent ports in the peripheral direction of the wall portion in a constant height from the bottom wall 14 of the plant and vent ports 27 are formed on the wall portion 16 at a plurality of higher places constant in height so as to provide an interval in the peripheral direction and an exhaust fan 28 is disposed at the center of the upper portion of the wall portion 16. When the exhaust fan 28 is driven in such a state that the lower vent ports 26 are opened, a vortex stream having a large diameter is generated in a closed space 18 and the ecology of anaerobic microorganisms is activated to accelerate the stabilization of a harmful substance. When the exhaust fan 28 is driven in such a state that the vent ports 26, 27 are closed by lids, the closed space 18 becomes negative pressure and, if the refuse charging port 20 is opened in this stage, refuse can be prevented from the scattering from the refuse charging port 20 to the outside. |
