Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of failures on a service without increasing the scale of an entire device. SOLUTION: When frequencies of transmission base band signals of a plurality of channels are converted into a plurality of frequency sets by a plurality of frequency converters 102-104, where the frequencies converted by the converters 102-104 are identical for each converter but different from each other for different converter, and synthesizers (105-107) synthesizes signals with the same radio frequency outputted from each of the frequency converters 102-104 for each of 1st to n-th sectors.
