Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which administers an interconnection between connecting points of network elements controlled by a administration center by using an information model. SOLUTION: A network element E1 includes means (20, 30) which allow the network element E1 itself to set an information model according to initial data and also update it taking restrictions at specific moment in the network element E1 into consideration and a transmission means (30) which transmits the model and its update to the administration center so that the administration center can set a possible route in the network element E1.
