Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flushing treatment at the critical temperature without the danger of explosion and combustion caused by fusing of a filament, by lowering a container toward an opening part of another container by a lifting machine so that the whole filament is inserted into the inner space of the container, and facing the opening part of the container to an inert gas atmosphere when energizing the filament. SOLUTION: A gaseous hydrogen enclosing container 1, the so-called a bell jar, is composed of, for example, glass and a metal (copper, stainless steel) and the like, and has the sealed upper end and the opened lower end. An inside space 3 facing to an opening part 2 of the container 1 is kept in a gaseous hydrogen atmosphere by introducing gaseous hydrogen from a hydrogen introduction part, and the container 1 is composed vertically movable by a lifting machine. Also, an inside space 9 is kept in a gaseous nitrogen atmosphere by introducing gaseous nitrogen from a gas blowout hole 11 of a gaseous nitrogen introduction pipe 10, therefore, if a filament 6 is fused in energizing heating treatment, it is not contacted with air.
