PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales data processor capable of further shortening the time required for ordering and preventing reading of an erroneous customer information due to an erroneous input. SOLUTION: When a communication means 14 comes into a communicating state with a customer, telephone number data are acquired, the customer information is read based on the data and video display or printing of the customer information is performed, by providing the sale data processor with a customer information storage means to store the customer information with the telephone number data, name data and address data for every customer, the communication means 14 to be connected with a telephone line 13 and to communicate with the customer by using the telephone line, a telephone number acquiring means 15 to acquire the telephone number data of the customer under the communicating state on the communication means 14 and an output means 12 to read the customer information corresponding to the telephone number data acquired by the telephone number acquiring means 15 from the customer information storage means and to perform the video display or the printing of the customer information.
