Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of a heat shield film having durability. SOLUTION: For coating a heat shield film 4, at first, a metallic bonding film 6 composed of MCrAlY with Fe, Ni, Co or a mixture of Ni and Co as M is laminated on a substrate of a superalloy. Unrequired oxides and contaminants in the metallic bonding film composed of MCrAlY are removed by an ionized gas flow cleaning method such as reverse plasma arc cleaning. After the formation of an aluminum oxide thin film 8 having adhesive properties on the metallic bonding film composed of MCrAlY, a ceramic layer 10 is formed on the aluminum oxide thin film by a physical vapor deposition method, and its structure is formed into the columnar one. |
